Ashish’s story began in the ninth grade when he started teaching younger children. This early experience in teaching not only honed his skills in communication and leadership but also ignited a passion for guiding others. While continuing his education, he expanded his teaching from nursery-level students to those in the 12th grade, all while completing his own studies. After finishing his 12th grade, Ashish pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), during which he continued to teach, showing his unwavering commitment to both learning and sharing knowledge.

After completing his BCA, Ashish entered the workforce, starting as a sales executive and working his way up to the position of Area Sales Manager. This period of his life was crucial in building his understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and customer relations. Despite his success in sales, Ashish’s passion for teaching never waned. He realized that while he enjoyed helping others, he wanted to do so on a larger scale, which led him to explore opportunities beyond traditional teaching.

Ashish decided to further his education by pursuing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA). During this time, he also delved into digital marketing, gaining four years of experience in the field. His expertise in digital marketing, combined with his sales background, equipped him with the tools needed to guide businesses toward growth. He began freelancing, offering his services to local businesses and helping them navigate the complexities of the digital world.

In 2021, Ashish took the leap to start his own company, CtrlplushIT Solutions. The company, which officially registered on July 26, 2021, provides comprehensive IT solutions, including AI automation, digital marketing, team building, strategy development, and more. Ashish’s approach is client-centric; he believes that by helping his clients achieve their growth targets, his own success will follow. His focus is on empowering businesses with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in the digital age, offering guidance on everything from effective marketing strategies to the use of AI tools.

Ashish’s journey to entrepreneurship was not without challenges. He started with just ₹1200 and had to break his fixed deposits to fund his business. Despite these obstacles, his determination and focus on client success quickly paid off, leading to rapid growth for his company within the first year.

Looking ahead, Ashish plans to expand CtrlplushIT Solutions into a leading provider of business solutions, ensuring that no one falls behind in the fast-paced digital world. He continues to enjoy motivating others, finding the greatest satisfaction in hearing how his guidance has helped them achieve what they once thought impossible.
