Fame Finders hosts a premier conference on AI-powered management, paving the way for future industry leaders

New Delhi, November 21, 2024: Fame Finders Media, in collaboration with the CSR Research Foundation, hosted the highly anticipated 2nd National Conference on the Era of AI-Powered Management at Desire Hall, Le-Meridien, Janpath in New Delhi. This conference brought together industry leaders, policymakers, academics, and AI professionals to discuss artificial intelligence’s disruptive potential in management.

The inaugural session was welcomed by CA Deendayal Agrawal, Chairman of CSR Research Foundation, with Keynote Speaker Gopal Krishna Agarwal, National Spokesperson for Economic Affairs, BJP, Guest of Honour Ashok Thakur, Director – NAFED, Government of India, Mukesh Singhal, CMD, URS Group – India, Naresh Chandra Bansal, Chairman – R K Group of Education, with Vote of Thanks Reena Mehra, Director, Fame Finders Media, and moderated by Ved Prakash Mahawar, President, CSR Research Foundation.

The conference was organized into four thought-provoking sessions, each covering significant issues and developments in artificial intelligence and their implications for business and leadership.

The first session on the Future of AI in Management: Opportunities and Challenges presented a vision of AI’s expanding role in industries, the balance of human intuition and AI-driven insights, and ways for adjusting to AI-driven transformations.

Mukesh Mohan Gupta, President, CIMSME & CEO, Nodefaulters.com; Vikas Gupta, Founder, Sampoorn EV Private Limited; Dhritiman Chakraborty, Director of Operations, Ingram Micro India Limited; Dr. Ranjit Singh, Vice Chancellor, Shobhit University and CA  Kamesh Kant Acharya, former Director of Coal India Ltd. participated as a speaker in second session.

The second session focused on AI and Leadership: Changing Roles in a Technology-Driven Era. This conference focuses on promoting AI-driven innovation and developing leadership skills for navigating AI-powered ecosystems. In this session, speakers include Dr. Rajnish Kumar, General Manager, Operations Research; Pratyush Ranjan, Head of Digital Services & Fact Checking, PTI; Col. Jai Prakash Singh, HR, Operations, and Disaster Management Expert; CA Kapil Mahani, Co-Founder, Cretum Advisory; Prof. Dr. Divya Tanwar, Cybersecurity Expert; and Dr. Manpreet Kaur, Associate Professor, SOIL School of Business Design.

The third session focused on Artificial Intelligence Research and Development. The conversation focused on AI advances, generative AI, and their applications in healthcare.
Dr. Pravesh Mehra, Director Prof., Lady Hardinge Medical College, Dr. Surinder P. Singh, Head, CSIR-National Physical Laboratory, Dr. Saarthak Bakshi, Forbes 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur, and Parin Somani, Founder, LOSD, CA Nikhil Bansal, Director of the RK Academy of Art and Design, spoke during the third session.

The last and fourth session focused on AI’s role in business management. The third session looked at how AI may be used to streamline processes, make data-driven decisions, and manage risks. Ankit Kumar, Regional Training Head, Aditya Birla Capital; Umesh Agarwal, Business Head, Construmart Online Pvt. Ltd.; and Akash Chandra, Founder & CEO, InsightAI, CA. Shweta Pathak, former vice chairperson of the ICAI’s NIRC, spoken on the respective topic.

The ceremony finished with the Valedictory & Honouring Session, which was presided over by H.E. Dr. Janice Darbari, Honorary Consulate General of the Republic of Montenegro. A high tea session followed, with networking opportunities for attendees.
